Jaljeera Masala

Jaljeera Masala is a refreshing and tangy spice blend made with roasted cumin, black salt, dry mango powder, mint, and select Indian spices. Known for its cooling and digestive properties, it adds a burst of zing and spice to summer drinks and street-style appetizers.

Traditionally mixed with chilled water to make Jaljeera, it is also used in golgappa (pani puri) water, chaats, and lemon drinks for an instant flavor boost.

Usage

Mix 1–2 tsp in a glass of cold water and stir well to make a tangy digestive drink. Also ideal for adding punch to pani puri, chaats, dahi bhalla, and fruit salads.
